How did you come to Social DNA?

I was at a point where I really felt like making a change. Breaking the routine and doing something new – something with purpose. When I read the job ad from Social DNA, something just clicked. The mix of strategy, values, and team spirit really appealed to me. And after the interview, I knew: this fits – both personally and professionally.

What fascinates you about social media marketing?

I actually come from a classic office management background, but I’ve always been intrigued by social media – because it’s so direct. You instantly feel what works and can try new things. I love the mix of creativity, communication, and real-world execution.

Why did you choose Social DNA?

Because I’m not just another name on a list here. From day one, I had the feeling that they care not just about your skills, but also about the person behind them. I really appreciate that values aren’t just a buzzword at Social DNA – they’re lived every day. And I get to contribute my strengths exactly where they’re needed.

What is your strength and how do you bring it to projects and partners?

I quickly notice when something’s off – and usually I’ve already got a solution in mind. I also love being the person who clears the way so the team can shine. Some call it “team assistant” – I say: all-rounder with passion.

What dreams and goals are you pursuing?

I want to keep learning, growing, and helping shape things. Maybe get more involved strategically over time. But definitely: design processes so the team has more room for creativity.

What do you particularly like about Social DNA?

To me, a great team is one where you don’t start Monday with a pit in your stomach. And that’s exactly how it is here: lots of laughter, true support, and the feeling that everyone’s genuinely excited to create something together.

Which drink should not be missed when toasting?

I have an internal calendar that automatically switches to Aperol mode at 18°C. 🧡😛
