Milan is our videographer with a sixth sense for the perfect shot. Somewhere between director, psychologist, and tech nerd, he transforms ideas into visuals that don’t just look good — they make an impact. With his mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and an easy going sense of humor, he keeps Social DNA shining on and off camera.

How did you come to Social DNA?

I discovered Social DNA through a job posting and was immediately drawn to its clear focus on social media and performance marketing. Through my previous projects in video production for recruiting and performance ads, I instantly felt a strong connection to the topics.

What fascinates you about social media marketing?

I’m deeply interested in how people think and what psychological mechanisms influence their behavior. For me, social media marketing perfectly combines this curiosity with my strengths — understanding human psychology, applying creativity (especially in motion content), and using my love of numbers to measure impact and performance. It’s the perfect intersection of creativity, psychology, and analysis.

Why did you choose Social DNA?

I was immediately impressed by the company’s internal communication. Many companies claim to have open and transparent communication, but with Social DNA, I could feel right away that it’s more than just a slogan — it’s something that’s truly lived. You can tell the team genuinely cares about its people and fosters a respectful, positive environment — exactly what I was looking for.

What is your strength and how do you bring it to projects and partners?

I’d say my greatest strength is that I work in a very rational, fact-based, and analytical way — yet people usually don’t notice it in day-to-day interactions. That allows me to be empathetic and easygoing with actors and partners, while still keeping an overview of everything on a higher, conceptual level. This way, I make sure both the human connection and the content precision are always in balance.

What dreams and goals are you pursuing?

In the coming years, I want to continue developing as a Director of Photography and eventually grow into Creative Direction. My dream is to help shape large, cinematic campaigns where I can combine my experience in motion content with creative vision and strategic thinking.

What do you particularly like about Social DNA?

What I value most about Social DNA is the culture I’ve experienced so far: openness, team spirit, and a clear hands-on mentality. It’s an environment where you can truly build and grow together — both as a team and as an individual.
