Our team continues to grow at the start of this new year. Fabienne has also been part of our DNA since mid-January 2021. From the beautiful, rural Vogelsberg region, she is now joining us in the large Main metropolis of Frankfurt. How did you come to Social DNA?
I would describe it as the classic way. After completing my Master's degree, I looked for entry-level positions in the large field of online marketing on various job and career portals. Social DNA's job advertisement appealed to me directly and after browsing through the website, it was clear to me: this is where I want to be, this is where I fit in well.
What fascinates you about social media marketing?
Above all, the constant change. Developments in this area are so fast-moving and complex and are unlikely to stop any time soon. Working with social media therefore offers a lot of variety and new challenges every day, so the work never gets boring.
Why did you choose Social DNA?
After a very rational list of pros and cons, it was ultimately a decision that was very much influenced by my gut feeling. I simply felt at home straight away and I can really develop and grow here in the team.
What is your strength and how do you bring it to projects and partners?
I think it was on my trial working day that Kim really made me realize my strengths: I have a rather contradictory combination of an analytical, structured and planned approach coupled with a very creative streak. I enjoy the strategy and analysis of a project just as much as the final creative conception and creation of campaigns and content.
What dreams and goals are you pursuing?
My professional goal now is to gain a foothold, really get into the world of work, find myself here and be successful in what I do. I want to enjoy my work and continue to develop here.
A private road trip along the east or west coast of America is on the agenda.
What do you particularly like about Social DNA?
Personally, a good team spirit is extremely important to me. I felt that directly here in the team. It's about encouraging and challenging each individual, developing their digital potential and growing as a team at the same time. You certainly don't find that in every company.
Which drink should not be missed when toasting?
Even at the risk of the song "Cycling is not alcohol" being sung: Radler 😀
