How did you come to Social DNA?
After many years in B2C, I became increasingly curious about the B2B world. The strategic depth, the new possibilities within social paid, and the fascinating topics behind it all just drew me in. When I came across Social DNA, I quickly had that “Okay, this feels right” moment. A smaller agency with heart, deep expertise, and a team that was open, warm, and genuine right from the interview process — I immediately knew this was a place where I wanted to grow.
What fascinates you about social media marketing?
I love the combination of creativity and analytical thinking. Social media is fast, current, and always right at the pulse of what’s happening. Trends and developments unfold in real time. At the same time, I enjoy working with numbers, deriving insights, and evolving campaigns based on data. That mix keeps the job exciting every single day.
Why did you choose Social DNA?
I wanted to dive deeper into B2B social paid and work in an environment that’s both technically strong and genuinely people-oriented. That’s exactly the feeling I had from the start: a respectful interview process, great vibes from the very first conversation, and colleagues who are kind, open, and truly competent. Being welcomed so warmly from day one — that’s something really special.
What is your strength and how do you bring it to projects and partners?
With empathy and a good sense for people, I quickly adapt to new topics, industries, and audiences. I listen closely to understand what clients really need and then build from there step by step. Having worked both on the agency and client side helps me see things from multiple perspectives and develop solutions that truly move projects forward. I like to keep things simple: listen, think along, take action — and then, the project usually finds its own good flow.
What dreams and goals are you pursuing?
More than anything, I want to stay curious. My goal is to continuously grow in the social paid field, explore new trends and tools, and bring that knowledge straight into our projects. I’m especially fascinated by the opportunities AI offers — to manage campaigns more intelligently, uncover new potential, and test innovative approaches.
What do you particularly like about Social DNA?
Without a doubt — the people. At Social DNA, I’m surrounded by colleagues who are not only experts in their fields but also create a truly open, appreciative, and human atmosphere. I love the teamwork on equal footing, the exciting projects, and the variety of our clients. It never gets boring here.
Which drink should not be missed when toasting?
Team beer or team wine — depending on the mood. Just not both together anymore… that doesn’t work quite as well these days. 🍷🍺
