Training new employees professionally and effectively is a challenge that should not be underestimated for companies of any size and orientation.
Fresenius Kabi, the world's leading healthcare company, which offers medical products for infusion, transfusion and clinical nutrition, among other things, is also confronted with the fact that "onboarding" is becoming increasingly complex as its size and global reach increase (keyword #remotework).
In order to bring all new social media employees operating at a national level on board the Fresenius Kabi social media ship, the Social Media and Corporate Communications team at the corporate headquarters in Bad Homburg v.d.H. sought support from Social DNA. Together, we set course for a strategically, didactically and visually memorable onboarding for all national social media teams.
